Product Description
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is a high-performance woven fabric engineered for demanding industrial applications. Known for its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, it is the ideal solution for filtration, separation, sizing, guarding, and architectural design. Our mesh is manufactured to precise specifications, ensuring consistent quality, reliable performance, and long service life even in extreme temperatures and corrosive environments.
For common stainless steel wire mesh, Type 304, commonly known as 18-8 (18% chromium, 8% nickel), is the most popular due to its combination of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and affordability. Type 316, with about 2 to 3% molybdenum, offers higher corrosion resistance, particularly in saltwater environments, making it a great choice for industrial users.

About the Mesh size/opening
Mesh size is the same as mesh count. In inch as the unit, the number of holes in one direction. Meanwhile, the bigger mesh size, the smaller of openings.

About the Weaving Style
Plain weave: Also known as square weave, this technique involves each warp wire crossing alternately over and under every weft wire, with the diameters of the warp and weft wires typically being the same.
Twill weave: Each weft wire passes over and under two warp wires, creating a strong, dense mesh with a diagonal pattern. Ideal for heavier loads and finer filtering.
Dutch weave: Features thicker warp wires and thinner weft wires for very fine filtration with high strength and low pore size. Excellent for high-pressure liquid and gas filtration.
Plain dutch weave: Woven as a plain weave, but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires.
Twill dutch weave: Similar to plain dutch weave, but has a double layer of weft wires woven in twill pattern.
Reverse dutch weave: Woven as a plain weave, but in reverse manner to plain dutch weave. It has more and finer warp wires and fewer, heavier weft wires.
Five-heddle weave: 5-heddle weave mesh adopts 5-heddle weave technique to form a highly complex filter mesh with high flow rates and high mechanical stability. With a smooth top surface and a rough back surface, this structure ensures uniform filtration and allows for effective cleaning of the filter media. It often works in the form of filter belts or filter cartridges for machinery wastewater cleaning, automobile exhaust filtration, industrial water filtration, disk filtration systems, etc.
Multiplex Weave: Twill Weave but with multiple wires making up warp and weft.

Common Applications
Filtration & Separation: Filter discs, baskets, strainer screens for oil & gas, water treatment, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
Screening & Sizing: Grading, sorting, and sizing of aggregates, minerals, powders, and granules in mining and agriculture.
Safety & Security: Machine guards, protective barriers, anti-climb screens, and ventilation covers.
Architectural & Design: Decorative facades, balustrade infill, room dividers, and landscape design for modern aesthetics.
Food & Beverage Processing: Sieving, drying, conveying belts, and fly screens in processing lines.
Heat & Spark Containment: Spark arrestors, burner screens, and heat-resistant barriers.
